The technique is called Snap Deal and it's by Lennart Green. Some call it Laser Deal, like @gutierrezlizarraldeg, because of an effect Lennart used to do where he applied it.

I think it's called the 'Laser Deal'. I believe there are tutorials for it on YouTube.
That's a different technique, and it's not for color changes. Honestly, it's not even the original; it's just a variation that was made for those who didn't want to spring for the actual move, haha.
