Can anyone tell me the name of this effect?
It's an effect where the spectator thinks of a card, mentally turns it face up within an invisible deck – so they're doing it all in their mind. Then, whenever they choose, they imaginarily toss it into the magician's pocket. The magician then produces a real deck where the spectator's thought-of card is found reversed. I just want to know what this awesome effect is called!

I'm guessing you're fairly new to magic.
What you're describing is literally "the Invisible Deck".
It's a gimmicked deck that allows you to perform that effect.
