So, I understand the person in the video is you, and you need help with the Glide?
@ricardorg2283 left you a good tutorial by Julio; I'm not sure what else you need. I don't think it's that bad; maybe the way you're holding the cards is a bit odd, and you lack some fluidity, but that's nothing consistent practice can't fix. Practice until your fingers bleed, then practice some more. Don't rush it; give yourself time to build confidence.
Honestly, I'm not sure if these posts are looking for applause, sympathy, encouragement, or disdain.
