Bicycle Deck: Gimmicked?
Hey everyone! I was gifted a deck. It has some blank-faced cards with regular backs, and the rest of the cards are all hearts with blank backs. Does anyone recognize it or know what it can be used for? Thanks!

First off, welcome to our community.
A few questions for you:
How many blank cards are there? 26?
Only the suit of hearts? 13 cards?
Do any of the cards have a rough-and-smooth coating?
I'm asking all this to get a better handle on what you're describing, because from what you've said so far, it doesn't quite ring a bell, or it feels like there's some info missing.
Thanks for the welcome. It's just the heart suit that has a completely blank (smooth) back. The rest of the cards are blank (smooth) on the face with a normal back; there are 39 of those. I've included some photos for better clarity. They didn't have any textured finish, and I'm not sure if they ever had one.
