Gimmick Decks
Hey there, I've been on the hunt for a Bicycle Gimmick deck for a while; I remember seeing one at the magic and cardistry shop.
I'm specifically looking for one of those decks that comes with everything: red and blue backs, blank cards, even white-backed cards. Basically, a mix of everything.
My concern is that I remember the previous shop offered what I'm describing, and I'd like to know if it's still available. If not, where could I find it, or what other options do I have?

As @link22 explains, Di Fatta's Special Assortment includes:
5 blank/blank cards,
10 blue-backed blank-face cards,
10 red-backed blank-face cards,
6 blank-back cards,
6 double-face cards,
5 double-back blue/blue cards,
5 double-back red/red cards,
5 double-back red/blue cards.
If this is what you're looking for, you'll have to find it elsewhere or consider buying them individually. Depending on the trick you're performing, you might even find a complete double-backer deck.
